Tropical Nymphea

Notes:

These waterlilies have been grown successfully in Colorado for several years. They have been provided to Colorado watergardeners through the Colorado Water Garden Society, and do very well in our 5-6 month growing season. They also grow well in cooler climates that provide a little protection from the harsher elements.

Colorado is typically Zones 5-6, but has been Zones 6-7 the past several years with our drought. The microclimate most watergardeners experience in and around extensive landscaping will also provide opportunities to grow plants that may not otherwise grow in that zone.

Some of these plants may be duplicated because they are taken from sale flyers produced for the annual CWGS Plant Sale in June each year.
